I called the Price Heating emergency number Friday evening because my furnace was making a noise. Tim was here within the hour and assured me the furnace would not quit working over the weekend. Tim and Dan arrived at 9 AM today and replaced the motor in my furnace. They worked very quickly and efficiently. Since 2009, every tech that worked on my air conditioner or furnace was knowledgeable about the mechanical parts of the job. They also politely explained the process in clear terms that were easily understood. I highly recommend Price Heating and the company's talented and thoughtful technicians. One year ago this month my wife and I decided to find a company that would be able to give us 24/7 service on our home’s hot water baseboard heating system. We knew it would take special service people to work on the system. I called Price and was told they had qualified techs to work on our system. It was suggested that we enter into their 24/7 service contract. It included a no charge checkup on our system. They came and went over our system and made recommendations. We authorized a number of repairs and were told others were not necessary at the time. In March on a Saturday morning with temps at 20 degrees our system would not start. I called Price and a technician called back and told us there there was nothing he could do because he didn’t know how to work on our system. He told us we would have to wait until Monday and there was nothing he could do. Luckily we were able find a qualified tech at another company to repair our system. I called Price.
