Very pleasant, friendly salesmen... Do not sign anything they offer; there is no need to - they charge $500 if they don't get the job - to me that is a scam. Done insurances also refuse to use them. Look at reviews, some are horrible. No followup, Law suites, BBB and so on. Customer relations is the core of any successful business which seems lacking here. They have many locations, I guess who you end up with is luck of the draw.
