Fast Response Heating & Cooling

I don’t even know where to start, but this has been the worst experience i have ever had. First Response called the wrong phone number first so we had to wait 6 days since they don’t work on weekends to get someone to look at the AC. Then the guy said he couldn’t find any electrical issues so he quoted us for 2 heat pumps. This went through our home warranty so he should have sent the quote to them. He said he was going to send it to them but didn’t and he never told Fast Response that he quoted us for 2 heat pumps. So here we are 7 weeks without air snd they keep saying that didn’t quote us for the heat pumps. So we had to open a new claim. Robert was the technician. He was very nice snd professional, but since he didn’t send the quotes to our home warranty we are still waiting for resolution. He even gave us a contract # but since he didn’t snd won’t send a copy to the home warranty, and he told them it was resolved, we have to start from scratch. This is again the worst experience i

Far from professional. They said first it was a blower fan on my furnace that needs repair, then changed the story and it was a blower motor and fan blower was fine. If I waited for them to fix it it would take a while. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing in this company. And on top, you cannot get in contact with someone who really cares a little about this company and ask for common sense explanation. I attached a photo of the blower fan that Fast Response Heating and Cooling technicians declared good and in working condition. Unbelievable. You be the judge. Terrible experience from the customer service line to the actual repair. I constantly reached the voicemail of the customer service line. I had a technician no show after waiting for 4 hours. 3 different technicians were sent out and ALL of them misdiagnosed the issue with my furnace. All quoted different parts. I had grove city heating & cooling come in after giving up on Fast Response. They diagnosed and fixed the issue without any additional parts or visits. Save your time and money and go with another company.
