Far from professional. They said first it was a blower fan on my furnace that needs repair, then changed the story and it was a blower motor and fan blower was fine. If I waited for them to fix it it would take a while. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing in this company. And on top, you cannot get in contact with someone who really cares a little about this company and ask for common sense explanation. I attached a photo of the blower fan that Fast Response Heating and Cooling technicians declared good and in working condition. Unbelievable. You be the judge.
