The 2 guys- Jimmy & Damon came to my home & were friendly and courteous. Focused on the job to get done and cleaned up after their work . The one who worked on AC- Damon even pulled weeds outback and was conscientious about the final product looking good! I would recommend them and the sales consultant-Shane-who thoroughly explained everything to me ahead of time got me a good price and was easy to talk with & friendly. Office person-Sarah was very helpful and worked with me on financing part as well as checking on times they would be at my home to do the job. On behalf of my parents called this company because the furnace was not kicking on they stated it needed cleaned and stated they cleaned it in which they did not and charged them 70+ dollars. The furnace failed again they called them back and they were supposed to come between 6pm and 8pm and never showed. They rescheduled for the following day and when the tech came out he informed my parents they needed a new furnace and a new A/C unit in excess of 9,000.00 dollars. So they errored with caution and contacted another company and when the technician come out diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and was able to repair the system for little to nothing in costs. My parents informed the technician they just had it cleaned. So after this technician had repaired the problem he opened the furnace and burner assembly checking everything he showed them all of the debris that had accumulated along with cob webs throughout, he then vacuumed the unit and went on his way. We've gotten used to Logan taking several days to see us then, at least another week to fix things. Grove City Heating & Air got our appointment set up the very next day and able to get our unit fixed within an hour of that appointment. All of this saved our stay-cation so we could enjoy our time off in cool air. Thank you.
