Jim, Furnace Engineer, explained and confirmed that our furnace is not producing any carbon monoxide. He thoroughly checked our furnace and heating vents using a gauge tool (top of line equipment) confirming carbon monoxide is not present when running our furnace. I use Franklin for all my heating and cooling needs. Their twice yearly preventative maintenance keeps our system working efficiently and gives me considerable peace of mind. When our AC recently developed a leak, they responded promptly and determined that a new air conditioning unit was the most cost effective solution.
