Reasonable prices, very professional, completed job in a timely manner.
Bottom line up front, the company was more interested in their pocket than in helping a potential customer. They would not give my insurance company an itemized list of costs.
Our job, a chimney cap repair and trim replacement, ended up not being straight forward. Ken listened to my concerns and needs, and was prompt in his responses. He offered solutions that worked, even though materials were hard to find. He spent extra time making sure materials matched. He communicated all obstacles and initiated solutions. He is very professional, hard working and dedicated to his business. The project was completed as soon as the material issues were resolved and the job site was left clean.
