In December 2021 days before Christmas my heat wasn’t working. I was referred to Bernard and I’m so glad I found them. They were quick to help me out before Christmas hit, professional, and explained things to me. As a new homeowner and woman it’s east to feel like you’re getting swindled but Bernard takes the time to explain things and aren’t pushy. I signed up for a service contract and they have now come out 2 more times for general maintenance. Each time I’ve had a professional and friendly worker. I would definitely recommend this company and this service to anyone who wants to stay a step ahead of their heating and cooling having any issues. I had a water heater replacement. The experience on the phone was great and the team that showed up in person to perform the replacement were phenomenal. I have also used them for AC and heating repairs and they are outstanding. The talented professionals get incredible results. So happy with them and my annual maintenance agreement!
