Brandon Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been a customer of Brandon Heating for over 20 years. They have always been proactive when servicing my AC even though it's old. Rather than jumping to the cost of replacing they tried repair. Yesterday I called for service as my AC went out. Since we have a service contract, that meant you move up the list for servicing. Because of COVID and the continued extreme heat, they were very backed up even for service contract customers. The manager, Harold, took the time to get on the phone and explain their situation. He was very apologetic and concerned, promising that they would do the best they could to get to my home for service, saying it could be two days. To my surprise, one of their technicians should up later that afternoon. However, whether they showed up that day or the two days as indicated, I would still give them a five star due to the way we were treated and because of the fine service I received over the last 20 years. Our AC went out during the hottest time of the year when repairman, Joe, came out and went absolutely above and beyond to fix our air conditioning. He was right on time and had creative solutions to fixing an unusual issue, I would recommend this company to anyone! Services: Cleaning, A/C system repair

I am changing my review after a in depth conversation with the owner of the company who has given me his word that he will do what is necessary to fix the intermittent issue I have. A couple weeks ago, a technician was send out to try and reproduce the issue but was unsuccessful. The follow up conversation that I had with the owner has reassured me that Brandon will support their installation and continue to follow up with me until the issue is resolved. Because of this effort, I am giving them a 5 star rating because many companies would not go to this effort to support their product. Brandon really does seem to care about their clients...
