We had to replace the furnace & air conditioner. The sales rep was focused on what we wanted. He explained our options but was not pushy at all. New system installed faster than we were expecting. George, the salesman, was likewise very friendly, trustworthy, and not pushy at all…I felt like he had my best interest in mind. Finally the crew that came to install the new equipment was also great! They were quick, respectful to my home and pets, and got everything running perfectly. I had Apollo give me a quote on a new central air carrier unit and the price was fair compared to the quote I received earlier that day. I agree to purchase their carrier system on Thursday at 5:00 PM and he the salemas Steve said they would be out tomorrow to do the install. Sure enough Friday the next morning the technicians Rob, Dave and Jimmy showed up at 9:00 AM after confirming with me they would be coming out.
