We were awoken to our hot water tank gushing out water out of the pressure valve. We contacted Apollo because they had good reviews in the area and they had a technician out to the house within a few hours. So far so good. We even signed up for their membership program because it seemed like a good deal and we’re new home owners who want to stay on top of our HVAC system. First off, they sent an HVAC specialist to our house for a plumbing issue. I have no issue with Dustin, he was polite and did his best, but he wasn’t qualified to deal with our specific issue. He then gave me a quote to replace the water heater tank and the lowest quote was 3,350. I’m not an expert but I know what tanks run for and that is excessive. Needless to say, we went with another company to replace our water heater for far less. This seems nothing short of price gouging and I would think twice before taking one of their quotes at face value without doing your own due diligence with other companies. Update: Our

We had to replace the furnace & air conditioner. The sales rep was focused on what we wanted. He explained our options but was not pushy at all. New system installed faster than we were expecting. They did a great job! A quality tech guy checked everything over after everything was installed to make sure everything was working properly. I’m happy to continue working with them in the future.
