Ohio Home Improvement did an extraordinary job with our recent home remodeling project. They completed our kitchen and bathroom renovation on time, within estimates and the results are beautiful, beyond our expectations. The integrity, commitment and professionalism of Mike and his whole team made the process as seamless and painless as one could possibly hope for. The assistance provided by their interior designer Noreen was invaluable and made the selection process of tile, cabinets, counter tops etc. much easier than we anticipated. Larry and Rob, the two craftsmen who installed the materials, were great. Both were helpful, professional and conscientious throughout the project and the quality of their workmanship was superb. The fact that they are all employees of the company and not sub-contractors gave us much more confidence when we were evaluating prospective home improvement contractors. Usually the most difficult part of any big home improvement project is finding the right contractor for the work. For our kitchen remodel, we researched home improvement sites online and Ohio Home Improvement was one of only a few companies with a 5-star rating based on customer reviews. In our opinion, OHI should be rated 10 stars! To start, OHI does not use sub-contractors; all work is performed by its employees. OHI Owner Mike Eid was very hands-on, meeting with us many times to fully understand our ideas, finalize renditions, and confirm pricing and timelines. He also accompanied us to pick out our cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and countertop. We had never heard of a contractor going with a client to review and pick out materials, so we were very impressed.
