Amazing service from JBL, I am a new home owner, and the storms in Lakewood were not kind to our roof... so we were told by our "very popular" realtor, that JBL would be the best company to work with over any others. They helped me through the insurance process, helped me with picking out the roof color, super professional, very cordial and extremely efficient. I have and will continue to recommend JBL to everyone I know. Thank you.
We used JBL roofing to replace our roof in June 2023. From estimate to completion they were very professional and thorough. They worked with our insurance and informed us throughout the process. Matt Czerny was our go- to guy and was also wonderful to work with explaining everything from start to finish. The crew of installers were very hardworking and did quality work. We highly recommend JBL.
The quality of Service started with the 1st phone call: I submitted an online request to be contacted. Joe White from JBL contacted me within an hour of submitting response. Joe came out dealt with insurance company, the entire way and keeping me informed. Made sure the insurance. had all the correct items to be replaced. Then came to installation(I was thinking 2-3 days) team James and JBL had it completed in 1 day, not only that, they made repairs that were unforeseen when asked why without extra $ (James and Joe said -They do business the right way and right by the customer!!) A trait often missed by people an companies. I have and will completely recommend (Joe White) & JBL to everyone!! This was a seamless transaction for me. And one that was / is greatly appreciated.
