The work order concerned repairing two leaking stack pipes, enclosed with walls, replacing ABS pipes with PVC, reseating a toilet, repairing a leaking shower cartridge control. Everyone associated with Jastal Plumbing, Allison, Jacob, Justin and David were all very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed on time, as promised and expertly done. Jacob answered all of my questions and explained everything. The jobsite was left clean. I had spoken with three other plumbing companies previously, who either didn't know how to proceed, didn't want to tackle the job or were unreliable. I am well pleased with Jastal Plumbing. Jastal plumbing installed a hot water tank in our rental home two years ago. I recently noticed the flexible pipe they used was leaking for what appeared to be at least a few months due to the buildup. I called Jastal to have someone come out and take a look. They installed copper pipe from the water line to the hot water heater and charged us $315. Coincidentally, I had someone there from another company doing a tuneup on our air conditioner. He advised us they should’ve never used flex pipe. I then spoke with a Jastal supervisor who was unwilling to compromise on the cost saying if we wanted something other than flex pipe when initially installed, we should have said something. Being a novice, you don’t know what you don’t know and we won’t be using them again.

Jastal Company is wonderful. Blaine was professional, friendly and did a great job installing our water softener. I’d highly recommend this company. Service: Water tank installation
