Jastal Plumbing

David came to my house today to help determine the source of the water that was in my basement. He did a great job. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly explain the current issue and the solution. He also helped bring in another Jastal employee to test my water and offer a solution to my filtration issue with my well water. I plan on moving forward with Jastal and absolutely want David doing the work on this repair. Service: Plumbing leak detection

The work order concerned repairing two leaking stack pipes, enclosed with walls, replacing ABS pipes with PVC, reseating a toilet, repairing a leaking shower cartridge control. Everyone associated with Jastal Plumbing, Allison, Jacob, Justin and David were all very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed on time, as promised and expertly done. Jacob answered all of my questions and explained everything. The jobsite was left clean. I had spoken with three other plumbing companies previously, who either didn't know how to proceed, didn't want to tackle the job or were unreliable. I am well pleased with Jastal Plumbing. Jacob came out to give an estimate to change some plumbing. Jacob took the time to explain what needs to be done and why. He also asked about my future plans for the basement and explained how we can change the plumbing now to benefit the future remodel. I was very happy with the consult and I feel that I’m in good hands to have the work completed.
