Jacob was wonderful. My kitchen ceiling sprung a leak after the most recent thunderstorm. They came right out, checked my roof and completed the repair so quickly. My garage flooded as well and Jacob checked that roof, gave me tips on how to maintain my roof (so helpful as a new homeowner!) and even helped me with the sump pump while he was here. Allegiant Roofing was an excellent company to work with. After hail damage, co-owner Jon worked closely with our insurance company and handled everything for us. When a decking disagreement arose with our insurance company, he was very knowledgeable, resolved the issue, and our decking was covered. Jon was highly responsive with all communication throughout the process. He made us feel like we were his only concern, tremendous customer service! Excellent quality materials and processes were used. The installation crew was great; very courteous and professional. They also did a great job with clean up!
