I'm a first time home owner and didn't know very much about HVAC maintenance. Didn't catch his name but the repairman with the nice full grey beard despite not being very old was very helpful. He answered my questions and showed me around my unit. I'm glad I called just for the things I was able to learn, well worth $99.

The young man that came yesterday, I was very impressed with. Seemed very knowledgeable, spent time with me going over everything. even replaced a part that was failing that they had installed last year at no charge to me. The issue I have is he was the first one who explained to me how old my heating system was. This company replaced my air conditioner May of 2021, had I been told that my furnace was that old , I would have done both at the same time and therefore I would have gotten an overall better price. The gentleman that installed my air conditioner was not in a good mode and clearly didn't want to be at my home that day. I do not want to take away from the young man that came yesterday, he was great. Service: Heating system maintenance

Called for a simple R-22 recharge quote, they refused to quote unless I agreed to a full service call. When a homeowner has already done their research and knows what they need, a company should respect that and work with them. Not everyone is looking for a sales visit.
