I initially contacted them to relocate our thermostat because heating in our house was inconsistent. He found that the location wasn't the problem and gave us a couple of simple solutions that has our home feeling way more comfortable than before.

Working with Five Star Home Services was wonderful. Gage came out and gave us a detailed explanation of what had been improperly installed in our recently purchased home, and helped to get us set up with Air Conditioning in the next 24 hours. He was also incredibly helpful in regard to explaining our financing options, and the team that came out to do the installation were incredibly quick and polite. I've never had a better service call than was provided by these gentlemen, and I look forward to continuing to do business with them for any future heating and plumbing needs our new home might require. I'm a first time home owner and didn't know very much about HVAC maintenance. Didn't catch his name but the repairman with the nice full grey beard despite not being very old was very helpful. He answered my questions and showed me around my unit. I'm glad I called just for the things I was able to learn, well worth $99.
