Adil and his crew installed new tile floors in our upstairs bathroom and completely replaced the wood floor and underlying structure of our outside front porch. I can't say enough about our positive experience. The work they performed was top notch. the outcome of the projects is beautiful and the workmanship was impeccable. I’ve owned rental property in Lakewood Ohio for over 20 years and have had my fill of contractors who either don’t call me back, don’t finish the job (which means I have to find another contractor), don’t clean up after the project is complete, or don’t stand behind the quality of their work. Even worse, many never understood how to do the job correctly in the first place. I recently had an emergency roof replacement on a flat roof of an apartment building in Lakewood. To make things worse this flat roof also had leaking skylights which made pitching the roof complicated and time consuming. I made the emergency call to Adil Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend when tenants called me with active leaking into their bedroom. Adil and his team of experts responded immediately to the roof leak and began a plan to rebuild the skylights and replace the roof and entire gutter system (which meant calling on his suppliers to provide materials quickly).
