Phoenix was one of the most professional, efficient and friendly home repair companies I have ever worked with. Dustin was great at communicating throughout the whole process; from working with my insurance company, keeping me up to date as to when the project would start and providing me with all the information I requested. He was very friendly not only with me but with the other employees. Everyone I met working on the roof was friendly and they worked in terrible weather very efficiently and quickly with out sacrificing quality. The installation crew were kind and thoughtful, and who cleaned as they progressed throughout the day.
