Rob was great! We had an emergency plumbing issue and that required our water to be shut off for a prolonged period. He came out immediately, helped us repair the issue, and pricing was amazingly affordable! We were referred to him and we would/will pass that referral along!
I’m not sure why anyone would give Platinum Plumbing Pros less than 5 stars based on the experience I had with them. They were super fast, provided great quality, and communicated very well. I would highly suggest them to anyone in Northeast Ohio.
Bob was excellent. He came and checked out the problem the day I called, then installed a new water heater two days later. Service was great, install time was short, price was competitive. Overall great experience, I'll use the company again. Service: Water heater installation
