DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! I cannot emphasize enough on the great quality work they did for us. We had problem with air vent on the roof and they fixed right away. Phil was responsive throughout the entire process and this was the best experience I ever had with any service work. We actually didn't go there but they were hired to replace our roof on our home. They did a great job at a reasonable rate. In one day they tore off all the plywood and replaced several rafters. They then shingled the roof and added new ventilation. When weather breaks they will add all new gutters. Scott was very helpful explaining everything that they were doing. I highly recommend this company for any restoration.
I had a small leak in my roof and Phil came by to check it out. He advised to submit a claim to my insurance for roof replacement based on his assessment of my roof. He worked with the insurance company throughout the process and it got approved. They installed the new roof within a day. They did a great job. Great communication and easy to work with. I honestly never thought at the start of the process a new roof would be approved by my insurance so I'm glad I connected with Crawford Restoration to assist me with this issue.
