BEST Plumbing Service of Cincinnati

Best came out on a Friday and gave us some not great news. Told us we needed extensive work, and that it would likely take 10-14 days. I asked what we were supposed to do during that time, and the plumber responded "I don't what to tell you on that. Rent a port-a-john? Stay with family?" They said they would get us the estimate back by Monday. We never heard from them again, no estimate, no follow up call. Just a text to rate their service. Thankfully I had lined up another company for that Monday who came out and gave us an estimate that day. Very grateful I didn't wait around for Best, because we would probably still be without functioning plumbing.

We have used Best Plumbing a few times now and have always been pleased. Today Austin helped us out - he was punctual, knowledgeable and fixed our problem quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Had a leak when turned on our irrigation system which the team helped us set up last year at a shut off valve. Called in first thing this morning and was able to have a tech on-site within hours. The office kept me informed about status through the day. When the technician David arrived - he was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He immediately solved the problem in minutes and was courteous and helpful. I appreciate the great service.
