Job well done! Licensed plumber Leon assessed the problems and provided clear answers/solutions, just the professional and skilled help I need when it comes to repairing and maintaining my 87-year-old home. Leon was very easy to talk to about the job. We were able to get the work scheduled and completed within 2 days. Leon solved several problems which stumped a couple other people, and took over the job so I didn’t have to be concerned with any aspect. Leon and his assistant Marcus cleaned up all debris from the job, turned out the lights, and locked up my house when leaving. All repairs look great and are working well. Pricing is competitive from what I’ve seen. I also purchased the one-year VIP plan, which paid for itself in savings on the work. I much prefer dealing with a plumbing company rather than an HVAC company that wants to do plumbing. Had a leak when turned on our irrigation system which the team helped us set up last year at a shut off valve. Called in first thing this morning and was able to have a tech on-site within hours. The office kept me informed about status through the day. When the technician David arrived - he was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He immediately solved the problem in minutes and was courteous and helpful. I appreciate the great service.

I had a lot of plumbing problems at my house. I showed each problem to Marcus & he assessed each one. He started investigating & found where the water was coming from in the basement. He fixed everything & more. This wasn't even on my list, but he quickly installed a water valve next to the water main because the main couldn't be shut off all the way. Now it's SO EASY for me turn turn it off/ on if needed. He installed a new water faucet in my kitchen, fixed the upstairs toilet & showed me the pipe in the basement that was associated with the downstairs toilet. This pipe was in the middle of other pipes, behind the furnace vents, at the top of the crawl space. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly & fast. My plumbing problems are gone.
