Great company. Ray came out and recommended a silicon coating for our roof - impact resistant and energy star rated. More affordable than other options and was a great option for our home. His crew is respectful and hard working. We were very impressed! They stand behind their work.

We've used Fasten-Pro since moving to Ohio in 2009. When we first moved in, they installed gutter guards and replaced two skylights. Last year, they replaced our roof due to storm damage from hail. Every interaction I've had with Ray, Mary, and anyone else on their crew has been professional, courteous, and pleasant. They are scrupulously honest, work quickly and carefully, and take great care not to damage our landscaping etc. Just now I called because part of a downspout had been damaged in a storm. Mary remembered our house, knew what the issue was, and promised she'd have someone out to fix it asap. You can't ask for better service from a contractor. I have recommended Fasten Pro to family and friends and everyone has had the same great experience.
