Eric is hands down the best. Quoted with 3 other companies. He gave me comparable quotes to his competitors, but had a superior product. The Bosch air conditioning unit installed in 2019 is amazing. Coupled with the 95% efficient furnace, and our 2400 square-foot house hasn’t seen an energy bill over $230 since installation. We had one little hiccup with the system where a wire came loose. We've been working with Eric for about 10 years and wouldn't consider anyone else. We initially reached out to JE Heating & Cooling after a recommendation from a neighbor, when another HVAC company didn't fully resolve an issue to our satisfaction. Eric very clearly explained the situation presented options that saved money over what the other company had recommended. Since then, he's replaced our furnace/AC (lightning damage), done regular maintenance, and even helped us retrieve a valuable that had fallen into a floor vent that we couldn't reach.
