We had a terrific experience with At Your Service. John Hoffman approached us pointing out damage he saw on our roof from the latest round of storms that came through. From there he was with us every step of the way answering all of our questions and making us feel comfortable with our decisions to move forward with a full roof replacement. The team was superb and completed the job quickly and we were amazed at how well everything was cleaned up at the end. From day 1 when Bob E. Stopped at my house and offered a free inspection, everything went extremely well. Jeff E. Then came out and answered every question I had and took every phone call to answer even more questions! Jerry U was the project manager and did an excellent job making sure the job site was spotless at the end of the installation too! I had a huge truck in my driveway that I was not able to move and Jeff had come out to move it for me. These men and women go above and beyond for their customers, which is not seen very often anymore! They work extremely fast too. They were out around 730am and done by around 2 (maybe a little earlier even): they are fast and efficient yet take the time to care about their clean up as well.
