Bought a complete HVAC from them 8 years ago with a 10 extended parts and labor warranty (which we paid extra for). our first service call came this year and after several attempts to fix the AC unit, we where told that they could not fix the problem and to call the manufacturer directly. That we where costing them too much money.
Future air had been to my house at least 3 times to fix problem and never did fix it. They replaced thermostat that did not need replaced. Spent hundreds of dollars and until als heating came and fixed it in 10 min. We still had the problem
They did a very good job. They were very reasonable in pricing. They were extremely responsive in fixing our HVAC during the coldest time of the year last week. I have used them in the past and they have taken care of us every time. Excellent customer service and outstanding work. Thank you.
