Future Air HVAC Inc

I had purchased my unit from this company a few years ago, so I called them for service when my system quit producing cold air. There was a $195 trip charge, which is fine especially for weekend repair. The tech stated I needed a new capacitor for my condenser and quoted an additional $280 to install. Unfortunately, this is a $25 part. I handled the repair myself. I feel the price gouging is excessive, especially for a returning client. I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to pay two to three times what the service is worth. Service: A/C system repair

We have used Future Air several times now. From the initial phone call to the service visit itself everyone has been helpful and friendly. Each time we have received a very prompt appointment. Each technician we have worked with was very thorough and took their time to explain what needed done & why. Never felt any pressure to upsell us on any unnecessary work or repairs. Can't ask for anything more and will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs. Service: Heating system repair

Future air had been to my house at least 3 times to fix problem and never did fix it. They replaced thermostat that did not need replaced. Spent hundreds of dollars and until als heating came and fixed it in 10 min. We still had the problem
