Jason quickly found the source of our leak and charged a minimal fee with no up-charging attempts. As I was asking questions he also happily educated me on how the leak occurred, what methods he used to identify it, how he sealed it, and more general information regarding roof replacement and what I can expect when that comes. Incredible customer service!

Guarnteed Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. We met with Jason and he answered all of our questions. We were told that it would be 2 weeks for the material to arrive and not even a week later we got a call from Jason that his crew could come out the next day and install our roof. Jason came out the morning of and spoke to us and looked over the material. Ian was the team lead for the day and did an amazing job on keeping us up to date throughout the process.
