We had a great experience from beginning to end using Guaranteed Roofing. Willie thoroughly explained the whole process, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable without any pressure. During the install, he sent us pictures to document the progress, and also highlight any areas of concern after tearing up the old shingles. They also did a great job with keeping the jobsite clean and protecting the adjacent landscaping. Jason quickly found the source of our leak and charged a minimal fee with no up-charging attempts. As I was asking questions he also happily educated me on how the leak occurred, what methods he used to identify it, how he sealed it, and more general information regarding roof replacement and what I can expect when that comes. Incredible customer service!
