I highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing! We have used the company twice, first for a full roof replacement several years ago and most recently for soffit work needed due to damage caused by birds. Had been having problems with our soffits upstairs and by the front door. Called around to get quotes and decided on Guaranteed Roofing. Spoke to Jason over the phone. We made an appointment and he personally came out to assess the situation. He quoted me a fairly decent price on the work that needed to be done and was very courteous and professional. He also explained what the crew would be doing - also the materials that he would be using. He also asked if we had any extra paint so that they could match the new with the old, and I told him that we could supply that. He had stated that they wouldn't be able to start the project for a couple of weeks because they were backlogged, but was eager to do the job. A week later, i was pleasantly surprised.
