I have used Harner Plumbing for several plumbing issues in my house, and I am always happy with the work they do. They are thorough in investigating problems, efficient at resolving problems, and clean up the area before they leave. They also stand behind their work, and will Return to the job site to fix up anything that I am not completely satisfied with. Have used in the past for Water Heater Issues - Steve did an excellent job and was very patient with my many questions. This week the kitchen drain was slow [ really slow] but still draining so it was not an emergency. Dana scheduled an appointment within 2 days of my call. Ben arrived as scheduled at 8am and cleaned out the drain and replaced an old vent part. Ben also was patient with my many questions and explained everything he was doing. The cost for these services was quite reasonable, in my opinion. The service and responsiveness is priceless. Highly recommend.

Sam was so efficient , professional and very easy to work with. He finished his job in record time and then helped me figure out why my water tank stopped heating water. I will be requesting him for future service.
