They make up random numbers to charge you for service. After being told it’s $105.00 an hour for service + parts + the inspection fee of 45.00 we should have had a bill well below $200. They sent a bill for $475. They lied and said they were at our home longer than they were, but luckily we had video footage to prove otherwise. Then they said we had to pay extra because two men came out for a one person job… we never agreed to paying extra. We were told an hourly rate and that was it. So after all of that they finally decided to bill us the correct amount. I just keep wondering how many people they lie to and charge these random numbers and say they worked for longer than they did. Keep track of how long they take and make sure you have proof.

Plumber was very conscientious and professional. Did a good job fixing my plumbing issue. Highly recommend.

Could not figure out issue... called another plumber and had issue fixed in 30 minutes. Called to arrange payment for the "service" and no one answered so I left a voicemail to call me back for payment. They never called then turned me into a collections agency for 100 dollars. This place is a joke
