3 weeks ago we had a breaker go out during a storm. It only tripped one breaker that connects to our son and daughters bedrooms. We contacted our insurance and they told us to find a local electrician to come out. We called GLIC and had an appt scheduled for Tuesday. In the meantime we had our commercial electrician friend come over to see if he could address the problem. In one hour he had it figured out that it was some wire between two outlets in our daughters room. He turned off power to these two outlets so we would have half power in our children’s rooms. Fast forward to Tuesday we explain what our friend found to the electrician. He took FIVE hours to tell me he found that it is between those two outlets and he is “stumped” and can’t figure out what was wrong. He was apologetic but I was so devastated that he just ran the bill up for 5 hours and NOTHING was fixed. We were told they would work with our insurance and we would not be charged. They called yesterday to charge our car

We had the pleasure of Cody and Jevaughn coming out. They communicated respectfully and kindly every step of the way; not only to us, but one another. Most importantly they got the job done and in just a few short hours. Grateful for their patience, kindness, and skill. :)
