We have used CKP for routine service and repair for 5+years. Service and personal have always been top shelf. Recently had a service need on the 4th of July weekend. The after-hours service took our call and the servicemen called us within 15 minutes and was at our house within an hour. The system is over 30 years old and the servicemen warned us that it was on borrowed time. This past week the AC died. First call to install was 5 days The install techs, Dave and Derek were excellent and did very professional work. We used CKP to replace our electric hot water tank. CKP was quick to respond and get us on the schedule. The technician was very professional and did a great job, including cleaning up the area before he left. Our new unit is working well! Thanks CKP!
