First person to come to my home was Mike. Mike took measurements of the existing ductwork, took measurements of all our rooms and gave us options on a new furnace, air conditioner as well as a new water heater. Mike was very professional and very knowledgeable. Nick and Collin did the install for us about a week later and did a wonderful job. They were very easy to talk to and were very conscientious of their work. Fred Parsons did the post-install quality control visit and was awesome. He checked everything thoroughly and answered all the questions that I had. Everyone we have talked to either on the phone or in our home have been very impressive. Last year we used Quality Heating & Cooling to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We were very happy with their installation and service. We decided to use them again to replace our hot water heater and they did not disappoint. Zach and Isiah installed the new water heater in a timely manner, were very professional, laid down floor covering, and cleaned up the area after completing the job. I am very happy to share our experience with Quality heating and cooling. First of all they are very thorough prompt and reliable! They follow through on everything, they go out of their way to accommodate you with all of your needs. And, everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and educated on taking care of our heating and cooling needs. Our scheduled check up on September 1 with Alex in our Duplex was very pleasing. He spent nearly 2 hours on each side going over everything, left us the information that we needed to have and then they follow through with an email complete with photographs of everything the technician did. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have done so I am a member of the Club Pass which allows me discounted services as well as front of the line appointments when needed!
