And his crew Josh and Andrew were as professional and courteous. The owner was understanding in handling a concern I had relating to my allergies. I was referred to the Wyles Heating from a friend of mine a couple of months ago. I initially called another HVAC dealer which was not honest with me and was trying to sell me more than just a new furnace and air conditioner. My first experience with the owner that came out just felt right. He was honest, listened to what my wife and I wanted and told us he would provide us a quote later that day. He never tried to sell us more than what was necessary, no hidden cost, very honest. His son and crew installed the system, was very professional and personable. A couple days after the system was installed my wife and I came home and noticed the air was not working. I called their office number and within 10 minutes they returned my call and came to check the system. It was a minor issue with a fuse and owner left at 11:15pm on a Friday night. I definitely would recommend them as the "only" company to service or buy your home's HVAC system.
