I was up here from Oklahoma to visit my 90 year old dad and the hot water tank was leaking. I called on a Sunday and a tech called me right back. After discussing the issue with him and the leak was not severe, we decided to wait till Monday, saved me a couple hundred dollars. They came about 1pm and changed out the water heater in less than 2 hours. I had one concern, the tech said no problem and satisfied my concern quickly. My dad was very happy. Would be a five star if just for the workers. The office, although worked to schedule us in, I had to call them to find out if we were a go or not. My wife and I hired Haberek Plumbing & Heating to rough in a full bathroom in our basement. It wasn't the easiest job but Haberek made the entire process seem easy. Our concrete floor had to be broken up to run the plumbing and then replaced. In addition, the drain in the basement is above floor level which had to be tied into our sub-pump/grinder. We received several quotes but decided to go with Haberek because he was the most professional and responded in a timely matter with a reasonable quote. The owner Jim Haberek was extremely informative, professional and knowledgable which was evident from all his advise given. He helped us with the layout and the best location in the basement for the bathroom. Prior to work being perform we were notified days in advance when to expect the crew and was called prior to their arrival. Fantastic service performed by Ryan. Diagnosed plumbing issue immediately. Installed Air Admittance Valve to allow proper venting in kitchen sink. Also, cleared a slow draining bathroom sink.
