We've had issues with our tankless water heater and after spending thousands of dollars on other companies that have never solved our problem, Mr. Kuna came in and resolved our issue in no time with the best customer service we have ever had with these kind of repairs (and at an excellent cost as well). He fixed a mistake that was present since our house was built, and we had no clue about it until he came and resolved our worries (as well as servicing our AC). Old heater in our house broke down on us last winter. Owner himself came out and repaired it but told us that it was in bad need of replacement. I talked to 4 different companies when it came time to replace the old heater and we had them install a new AC unit as well.
