Dan M. was our technician. He called before he arrived and was very prompt and on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us as he performed all the checks and did his job. Dan was very polite, organized and really went the extra mile to make sure our air conditioner was in its best working order. We've used Sal's in the past, which is why we used them again. They have awesome customer service and the technicians are always respectful and sincerely nice people. If we run into an issue again with our air conditioning or plumbing, we know who to call! I had Sal's install a full new furnace/AC system at my home and I am very pleased. The two professionals that did the install were very polite, courteous and respectful of my home and property. The system works very well and everything was explained thoroughly before they left my home, including how to program and work the new thermostat that was installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for this type of service and will use them in the future.
