The technician Kevin was excellent! He deserves 5 stars plus more if possible. The reason for 3 stars is the policy of Sal's corporate office. I had contacted the manufacturer, they diagnosed the issue & sent the part to the home. The technician from Sal's came to the same conclusion as to the problem in person. The problem is that Sal's Corporate does not allow the repair staff to use a part, (even when it has been verified as correct by both the manufacturer & their own staff & sent directly from the manufacturer in an unopened box!), simply because it didn't come through their own channels. FRUSTRATING! Saving time & money is important! Now both they & I will need to waste another day to get this fixed. If another company was available & would come, I'd have used them instead. No other service companies are close enough or competent to fix my boiler. Many other reviewers say the same thing! Fix it please. Sal's heat and cooling were great. Bought the furnace on Groupon called them a day later.They inspected my old furnace they came out to install my new furnace on my schedule. They guys that installed my furnace were very punctual and respected my home and did a great job Thanks Sal's We will definitely will be doing business with them again.

We had our 18yr old Water Heater replaced and I could not have been more pleased with the dedicated service, high quality, quick responsiveness, and most importantly the professionalism with the technicians from Sal's. Our tech, Noah, went above and beyond. He took the time to answer and address all questions/concerns we had on the spot. It's not often to find a company that is on-time and provides you with high quality work, but Sal's is definitely one of those! We would highly recommend Sal's for all Plumbing & Water Heater replacement services!
