Furnace went out. I know a little about furnaces. I had to replace it. I called several people in the Macedonia, Oh area and he was first/only to call back. He came out same day within 2 hours and gave me quote next day. The day after that he was out with new furnace and installing it. So within 72 hours of initial call I had new furnace at good price and he even offered to bring extra heaters if we would like them until new furnace was installed.
