I can not say enough good things about this company and Rich, specifically. I called this morning after my home warranty wanted me to wait a week with no AC. Within an hour, Rich called me back to hear the issue, had an appointment time made for today, and one tomorrow, in the event my schedule wouldn’t permit today. Rich was on time, early even, he was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel at ease with the work done. Most importantly, he didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, which happens frequently to single women. The service was beyond affordable and beyond competitive with other companies.
