Woke up to no heat. Furnace was blowing cold air. Went down a Google list and called a number of companies with no help. Called J&J Heating and spoke to a very professional and kind woman. Todd (Service Manager) was at my house in under 2 hours. Received a call saying the technician was running behind 15 minutes and I appreciated the courtesy call. I was working from home and in meetings so my teenager went to the basement with Todd. Todd even discussed the benefits of this career path with my son. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Did not break the bank with cost. I am happy to write a good review as they definitely provided a good experience.
J&J was very quick to respond to an emergency I had, everyone I worked with was very helpful, and they did a very thorough job. Very impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC service. Service: A/C system repair
