I was called and offered a special rate for returning customers on gutter cleaning. After waiting several weeks for my appointment, they decided my pretty normal sized two story house was "too big" but they would still do it at a price that was more than I've ever paid for gutter cleaning here. Totally fraudulent bait & switch. After one previous good experience, I will not being using nor can I recommend any of the A Plus businesses to anyone. AVOID, Toledo!

Just … Wow! The whole team at A+ was so professional! Glenn was very clear in his estimate, Rusty and Charles were here every day communicating clearly and doing excellent work, and Nate kept it all organized at the office. These guys are top-notch! Would recommend to anyone. They gutted our entire master bath and remade it even better than we had envisioned. I can’t say enough good things about them! Because Google will not allow me to leave 2 reviews under the same account, I'm updating a review I left 2 months earlier under the name "Adrianne Ivey". Despite my previous dealing with A+ Building Maintenance & Home Repair referenced in my earlier review, I continued with my OTR-microwave installation. I didn't want one employee to deter me from using this company, especially when the other employee I spoke to previously over the phone was more than pleasant. When scheduling my installation date, I spoke to Wes over the phone who told me one of their most experienced employees would be installing my microwave. My installer, Chris, did not disappoint. He waited at Lowe's for 45 minutes while the store attempted to track down my microwave, still showed up earlier than his ETA, was very courteous, worked fast and efficiently, and did fantastic work.
