Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

A clogged and leaking drain pipe in my Utility sink was running water all the way to the floor drain. Roto Rooter technician Jerry came out to unclog the sink, and tighten the seals under the sink, which took about an hour, for a cost of $340. But, the next day, I called Roto Rooter back because of a water leak in a different joint on the same pipe began leaking also. They sent out Technician Nathan at 9 P.M., who repaired the leak, double checked it and done within about 10 minutes at no extra charge. So far, two days later, floor is dry as a bone. Roto-Rooter came to inspect my basement due to recent flooding. They assessed the problem and gave inputs and honest advice. Their primary goal was not to get business or financial gain on their favor but rather to inform the customer what they think is appropriate to do. Though they may have realized that I do not currently need their service, they still continued to give me knowledge on how sump pump works and issues that can come with it. They also gave me an approximate cost which is reasonable. I would definitely recommend their business.

My 100 year old clay pipes failed right before I was to list my house and was also going on vacation.
