While we were cleaning the light fixture the box in the ceiling broke and the fixture fell and was hanging by the wires. Alan responded right away to my phone call. He was able to replace the broken box in the ceiling of a bathroom light fixture and then re install the light fixture. He finished quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I had Alan out to run wire for 2 fans , 4 outlets and 2 switches . The work he performed was neat , clean and was beyond my expectations but he also helped explain and go over things with me seeing as I'm a first time home owner of very old home. He provide knowledge and answered all of my electrical questions . Alan also pointed out a few major issues that could have potentially caused a fire in my home .On top of all that he was very professional and prompt in the entire quoting and scheduling process not once was i left wondering when he was gonna get back to me from the very start to the finish olmstead electric was fantastic to work with and i already plan to have Alan out to do additional work. We discovered one of our outlets wasn't working yesterday and I solicited three companies for estimates. Alan responded quickly(also the only one to respond so far) and with a very fair price. He came over today and fixed the problem. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend Olmsted Electric.
