We were looking to get another year out of our older furnace that needed a repair. Tim originally came out to look at the furnace to determine if it would be recommended to have it repaired given its age (and gave us some great tips on energy efficiency based on what he was seeing at our house). We were happy to learn that they could recommend doing the repair and getting at least one more winter out of our older furnace (when others said no, or double the cost for repair). Mike did the repair. He was very knowledgeable about fixing what was a unique technical issue, provided excellent service, and charged us a very reasonable price (even in this time of inflation) to do the job. With his help, we're very happy to be getting at least another winter out of our older model furnace.
