Feazel Roofing Parma did a tremendous job with my new roof from start to finish. Erich Moore, their Sales Manager, helped me navigate submitting my claim to the insurance company and made sure the inspection was completed quickly. He also helped with selecting materials for the roof replacement and found examples of materials and homes to see how the shingles looked. The roofing crews were excellent; they showed up early every day and never stopped working until dark. They made sure everything was cleaned up every evening before they left. Mike McLaughlin, the project manager, stayed in touch during the entire process and ensured the final issues were solved quickly. Erich also followed up daily to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. Everyone was very helpful! I would highly recommend Feazel to anyone contemplating their roof replacement.

Many associates from Feazel contributed to the ease of having my roof re-shingled. Matt Christian was instrumental in working with my insurance to have my roof replaced, he was willing to go the extra mile to see the insurance claim through. Any communication associated with Matt was handled promptly. Lisa Stachura handled the scheduling and any details associated with scheduling efficiently and courteously. Mike McLaughlin the site project manager handled all details, my questions, to the point that there was no follow up after the work was completed. I was satisfied that the crew did a complete clean up after install. Additionally, the crew re-installed my roof heating wire-element on the front portion of my roof. From the top down this company exceeded our expectations. They worked hard with our insurance company after shingles were found scattered in our yard after a storm. Bryce was our POC on our project, and he was ALWAYS timely and responsive, and answered all of our questions, and explained everything to us start to finish. Mike our project manager was just as responsive, checking in throughout our project and answering more questions! The roofing crew was nothing short of amazing, and worked all day to complete our roof in one day (and it was a LOT of roof!) to keep the inconveniences to a minimum for us. They did an amazing job replacing our roof (complete tear off) and we were incredibly impressed with their cleanup as well! You couldn’t even tell they were here the next morning-except for our beautiful new roof!
