We've been with JD Indoor Comfort for about 15 years now. To me, they are the best in customer service, professionalism, courtesy and promptness. Our tech today for the annual A/C maintenance inspection was Shane. He was absolutely wonderful, very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He explained many things pertaining to our heating/cooling system. I would highly recommend JD Indoor Comfort for your HVAC needs. We haven't had one problem with them these past 15 years and you can always get a friendly voice at the other end of the phone with promptness.
