These guys did a great job finding my problem and repairing it. They took out an old leaky tub and shower, recommended a good guy to replace rotted wood (Yancy), and installed a new tub with shower. They came back later to clean up and were professional and friendly and did a good job. I recommend this good family business. My wife and I incurred a block in our pipes which had foul, black gunk flooding areas of our home. Several of the big name companies quoted $3000-$5000 before even coming out. After looking at the excellent reviews with Smith's, we called and made an appointment. Mike and his crew came out right on time and worked fast but carefully, explaining every issue they came across. Within a few hours they were done, our system worked better than it has in years, and they stuck as close to the quote as possible giving us a discount as my wife and I are seniors and I am a veteran. They also cleaned up after themselves and were courteous through the whole procedure. Their final cost was less than a fraction of the other places. We are 100% satisfied with this company and are quite confident when saying a consumer's biggest mistake would be to not choose Smith's.
