Our technician John was on time, very polite, took time to explain what he was looking for to answer our questions about a recall, and wore shoe coverings. I also was pleasantly surprised that the cost of the service call seemed very reasonable. Luxury Heating installed my Heating and Air system 19 years ago. Throughout the years, they were more than willing to help me over the phone to correct basic problems. When the system finally went out, I decided after 19 years of great service, I would have them install the new system. Luxury sent four installation men out to my home and completed the project with six hours. I am very satisfied and will continue to use Luxury.
