Arco is the worst. The furnace was working fine, they came to conduct annual cleaning, and it stopped working. They told us we needed a new ignitor - we had them replace that. Then they told us we needed a thermostat - we had them replace that. The furnace is still not working. They took the furnace apart and said the part. that they have is faulty and they didn't have the extra parts to fix it. Leaving us with no heat for 2 days. I asked them to call someone to assist with finding the part or call another heating company to fix the heat ... nothing. Per the technician, Management is unavailable on the weekends. Unacceptable. Henry did an awesome job. He figured out how to get my installation done and it looks wonderful. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him and Arco. I will definitely call them again if I need anything else done.
Just an all around good experience! Would recommend to others. Henry charged me $788 for fixing my toilet and replacing my outdoor spigot. I requested the trip fee of $99 be credited since I agreed to the service because most companies do that these days.
