We had Arco install a toilet . Henry Miozzi had to come out twice because we purchased the wrong size toilet. There is a 10 " and a 12 ". Henry explained everything as to where to purchase the toilet and what brands are are best. He was very professional and personable. I will be keeping his card for any future needs.
I will recommend Arco Comfort Air to everyone. Their Technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very responsive and on time. Shawn S. the technician was very friendly and took his time to explain what was wrong with my unit and offered me options and his recommendations. I decided to change the full units and the price he quoted me was very competitive. The Technicians that installed the new units were very professional and clean after themselves. Henry did an awesome job. He figured out how to get my installation done and it looks wonderful. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him and Arco. I will definitely call them again if I need anything else done.
