Shawn Hook and his team are incredible! We recently had a complete basement renovation which included a bar area, movie room, two offices, a full bath, a gym, dance studio and storage. The thought and detail that went into this project were top notch. Shawn and his team were professional, kind, courteous and paid attention to every detail. They answered every question we had (we had many) and helped us make important design decisions for a truly functional space. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and included us in every decision that had to be made. There were no surprises. The project was on time and on budget. We were so impressed with the workmanship; we also had the team remodel our master bathroom, laundry room and do a patio project. This company was supposed to come take measurements and give us an estimate for our porch on 6/28. My husband waited around all day, they didn’t show up and didn’t call to say they were cancelling. I wish we wouldn’t have waited to get an estimate from them, we could have had other businesses come to give us an estimate. This was a complete waste of our time!
