Friends recommended Keith Heating and Cooling, so we called them when our AC wasn't cooling as usual. They sent Alex, who is an excellent technician. He diligently attempted to repair our system, but since the compressor was failing, he finally suggested replacing it. We recommend Keith and especially Alex for doing his best.
After having another company come to my house to look at my malfunctioning A/C, I called Keith Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. What was great about bringing Keith in was that the tech Alex diagnosed the issue to a relatively simple fix where the other company was advocating for an entire replacement of my A/C unit. When Alex told me the diagnosis, we had some follow up discussion on what effect that diagnosis would have on the entire house. When he described the effect perfectly, I knew he made the proper diagnosis. By going with Keith, not only is this saving me thousands of dollars, it also demonstrates to me one: the skill of their technicians to be able to do the job that needs to be done and two: being responsible members of the community. Had I gone with the other company there would have been energy wasted to install a new unit and I would have taken on financial debt to pay for a new A/C that wasn’t needed.
