When I called because my furnace was no longer working, I received a call-back from Mike very quickly and he was able to come out without much delay to run diagnostics. He was very willing to explain in detail what the issue was with my furnace and the price quoted for the furnace/installation was within the average prices listed on home-repair websites. The installers Scott and Robert arrived quickly, were pleasant and professional, and did a nice job on the installation. When, a few hours later, I discovered an installation error, due primarily to a mistake on my part, Mike put in an extraordinary effort to find a solution to remedy the situation. He was patient in dealing with my neighbor, who was also affected by this mistake, and even leant me a space heater to help prevent the temperature in my condo from dropping into the 50s at night.
