We have been a customer of Blue Flame’s for several years. No matter the time of day, or day of week, they have always responded to our concerns in a very prompt, courteous and professional manner. Their technician Victor has did a number of jobs at our home. He is prompt, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and always explains any work or service work he has completed. Anytime I call the office and speak to Julie, she is very caring, courteous and polite. I highly recommend Blue Flame for your HVAC needs. Horrible service! We got service a little over a month ago and were told if they had to come back out within 30 days the fix would be free. Whatever they did to fix it was just a bandaid, our furnace went out again on Christmas we called to have someone come to fix it and the on-call guy said he had to charge us an extra $250 trip charge because it was a holiday. We explained to him that it was our holiday also and we had to drive back 3 hours in the snow because we didn't want our pipes to freeze in -2 degree weather and we weren't paying him "holiday pay" that was for the company to do. He hung up on my husband and never called back. Left us freezing on Christmas with a dog and children in the house.

The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed me up with a new fan motor with very little info on my end. Service: Repair HVAC
