I called another appliance service company 1st, but was not impressed by their technician; he didn't seem to know how to put the washing machine into diagnostic mode, nor did he know how to take it apart without breaking the plastic tabs. After that, he told me the problem was the main circuit board and that it would be 10-14 days before a replacement board would be in stock. I found the board myself on Amazon and had it delivered in 2 days. Installed it myself only to find the new board did not fix the problem. Samsung put in a service request and Household Centralized Services came out. Their service technician had a much better understanding of the Samsung washer, diagnosed the problem as being in the drum motor inverter board. He ordered one, put it in, and the error codes are no more.

The gentleman that they sent out asked what the issue was, I explained it and he had an idea what was wrong. After taking my dryer apart, he was 100% correct! He was very professional and contacted me when he was about 20 minutes away. I have used them before and they always have very professional people come to work on my appliances!
