The manager Amber was awesome at helping us out with bringing somebody out to help us with our plumbing! She was very professional and courteous. Our needs were felt like they were put on her priority list at the top. Highly recommend their services for your plumbing needs. We had a couple small issues and she sorted them out very quickly. They did a fantastic job replacing my toilet - they came in reviewed the issue - we discussed a couple options - they went and purchased a replacement, installed, put the old one in my trash bin and broke it up and it was picked up with my regular trash. They cleaned up any mess/parts and I was back to working order in about 1 hour. I would hire them again in a second - I wouldn't even consider any other company. I cannot say enough good things about Drain Doctor and Jason. We had a sewer pipe backing up and Jason came out on a Sunday night and worked until midnight to fix it. Drain Doctor was honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the problem. Jason took care of us and provided a level of service that you just don’t get anymore and beyond that he truly cared about helping us during a trying time.
